Memorial is a non profit organization with a quiet tradition of working with families for over 90 years. We offer a variety of programs to empower families and to create learning opportunities for children. Currently, we focus on families with children ages 3 months to 12 years old, children with special needs, and youth ages 13 to 16 years old. Our mission is to create learning opportunities for children and to empower families by serving as a resource and providing encouragement, advocacy and support.

The Advocacy Program serves the needs of anyone supporting children with disabilities by providing information, advocacy, and hope in a way that respects a family’s values and choices.
We provide Early Childhood Education and School Age Programs for working families We manage two Early Childhood Education Centers Future Environments, Inc. (FEI) located at 123 W. Nixon Drive and our Mansfield Site located at 1607 Mansfield Street on Liberty Hill.
Youth Services’ goal is to enhance employment skills, build self-esteem, encourage life long education and promote teamwork while beautifying the community. Our youth programs were formerly operated by IMPACT OTR.
The goal of our Family Services Divison is to empower families by serving as resource and providing training and encouragement including developing early literacy skills.
